# Think-X Web Application

Think-X is the first, and only, predictive assessment that pairs behavior and cognitive tests with tailored, goal-based and self-directed coaching to maximize the performance and well-being of each employee while reducing the risk of failed hires. The proprietary and patented software-as-a-service platform is built on the robust Microsoft Azure stack.

The REST API was built for multiple clients to attach to the platform, allowing for extending the application onto a mobile device without having to rebuild the data retrieval mechanism. The web-based client uses extensive jQuery-based technologies to serve up the data returned from the API. Wicked Code was instrumental not only in the development but the overall look-and-feel of the entire application.
